* libgimpwidgets/gimpintcombobox.c: added an "ellipsize" construct
property and changed the default behaviour back to not doing
ellipsation on the text.
* libgimp/gimpimagecombobox.c
* libgimp/gimpdrawablecombobox.c: set "ellipsize" to middle for
drawable and image combo boxes.
