* tree.c: Changed xmlSearchNsByHref to call xmlNsInScope with
the prefix instead of the namespace name.
* test/schemas/annot-err_0.xsd test/schemas/element-err_0.xsd:
Adapted invalid values of the "id" attribute, since they are
validated now.
