* src/glade-widget.[ch]: Added glade_widget_is_dupping()
* src/glade-property.c: Dont call verify functions if the project is
loading or there is a widget recursive dup happening.
* src/glade-property-class.h: Clarified docs
* src/glade-gtk.c: Removed obsolete call to glade_project_is_loading() in
a verify function.
