* plug-ins/common/plugin-defs.pl: introduced a new parameter
'extralibs' and changed mkgen.pl to treat this equally to
'optional' for non-optional plug-ins that needs different libs on
different platforms
* plug-ins/common/Makefile.am: regenerated
