Fix bug #335446 [http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=335446] where
deskbar crashes when the user hits up/down
immediately after entering some text.
This is done by adding a CuemiacView.is_ready() method that returns
True when the view is ready for user interaction.
