* app/xcf/xcf.c (xcf_init): don't register the XCF procedures
with the PDB here...
* app/plug-in/plug-ins.c (plug_ins_add_to_db): ... instead, don't
special case internal procedures here so they get registered along
with all other plug-in procedures.
