* template/en/default/bug/edit.html.tmpl: Show quick triaging
links on all open bugs (was really annoying only having these show
for a subset of the opened states), plus add a special link for
metacity. Because I need it at least as much as the evince
people. I should probably do one for metacity stack traces too
from bug 337868 comment 4, but I'll leave it for another day.
