* tools/m4/convert_gtk.m4: Added new needed conversions.
* gtk/gtkmm.h: Include the new headers.
* examples/book/recent_files/: The beginning of an example. To complete
this we need to be able to use RecentFilesMenu with UIManager. The GTK+
developer is working on this.
