* src/gpm-brightness.{c|h} (gpm_brightness_level_get): Add this new function so
we can get at the current percentage value.
* src/gpm-manager.c (idle_changed_cb): Check that we do not set a higher
brightness when we try to lower the brightness on idle. Should fix #338630.
