* gtk/src/calendar.hg: display_options(): Use the _WRAP_METHOD() deprecated
keyword so that this the implementation is also in an #IFDEF.
* gtk/src/colorselection.ccg: Make callbacks static, to prevent them
from being exported in the ABI.
