* src/commands.c (cmd_reorganize_sheets): Rename from
cmd_reorganize_sheets2. Take extra argument optionally specifying
the front sheet before the action.
(cmd_reorganize_sheets_undo, cmd_reorganize_sheets_redo): Raise
relevant sheet. Fixes #154705.
