* metadata/rb-metadata-gst.c: (rb_add_flac_tagger),
(rb_add_id3_tagger), (rb_metadata_save):
Set the tags on the tagging element when it is
created, not during pipeline creation - which is required for
dynamically created elements.
(ogg_pad_added_cb), (rb_add_ogg_tagger), (rb_metadata_init): add
support for using the "vorbistag" element to re-tag ogg vorbis files.
Fixes bug 339878.
