Log message:
* src/orca/orca-setup.glade
Removed the Focus tracking mode setting. Moved the "Invert
Colors" checkbox up near the Zoom factor setting, and created
a "Zoomer settings:" area.
* src/orca/orca_gui_prefs.py
Removed the signal handler that handled the value being changed
in the focus tracking mode combo box.
