* src/gpm-hal.c: (gpm_hal_enable_power_save): Add debugging comment.
* src/gpm-manager.c: (change_power_policy): Respect the user policy enabling
low power mode when required.
* src/gpm-prefs-core.c: (setup_ac_actions): Hide the AC actions vbox when it is
empty like we used to do.
