* src/orca/orca-setup.glade:
Incorporate GUI rework from Calum Benson, which makes it
more HIG compliant.
* src/orca/orca_gui_prefs.py:
Adjustments to match the new Glade file layout.
Changed the print specification in magCursorColorSet() to
print leading zeroes instead of spaces.

Added in two new mouse tracking modes: None and Proportional.
