* src/workbook-view.c (wbv_save_to_output) : new function broken out
of wbv_save_to_uri for convenience. This API will change.
* src/sheet.c
(sheet_insert_cols) : make reloc_storage arg optionally NULL.
(sheet_delete_cols) : ditto.
(sheet_insert_rows) : ditto.
(sheet_delete_rows) : ditto.
