* developers.shtml: Update email addresses for me and Daniel Elstner.
Remove email address for Karl Nelson because it does not work and we
do not know of a working one. Where are you Karl? Removed information
about 1.0 developers. Current gtkmm developers should feel free to
add themselves to this page.
