be the first parameter, and added an overload without it.

* gtk/src/printoperation.hg: Fix some property wrappers to take
RefPtrs when a property is a Glib object.
* gtk/src/printunixdialog.ccg:
* gtk/src/printunixdialog.hg: Constructor and property changes as above.
