* More preparations for showing appointments in the day view.
* gncal/calendar-day-view.c: (calendar_day_view_finalize): Renamed to
calendar_day_view_dispose().
(calendar_day_view_class_initialize): _finalize() -> dispose().
(calendar_day_view_dispose): Free appointments list.
(update_children): New (not yet implemented) method.
(add_appointment):
(remove_appointment):
(remove_all_appointments): Implemented.
(is_appointment_applicable):
(add_appointment_if_applicable): Removed.
(add_appointments_of_today): Reimplemented using
calendar_manager_get_appointments_intersecting().
* gncal/calendar-manager.c: (appointment_intersects_with_time_range):
New utility function.
(calendar_manager_get_appointments_intersecting): New method.
* gncal/calendar-manager.h: New method.
