* services-tool.[ch]: new GObject, inherits from GstTool, also gives
OobsServicesConfig & co.
* service-settings-table.[ch]: added too, implements the advanced
runlevels/priorities table.
* Makefile.am: added these files
* table.[ch]: add a pointer to the OobsService objects, add hability
to show the advanced properties dialog.
* service.h: cosmetic change
* callbacks.[ch]: make things work with liboobs. Remove/comment out
unused code
* main.c: modify main to work with GstTool changes
