* libedataserver/e-msgport.c (e_msgport_get): Loop the reads
checking errno for EINTR.
(e_msgport_put): Loop the writes checking for EINTR. Also, instead
of writing a nul-char, write 'E' as suggested by Michael Meeks for
easier strace debugging purposes.
