* plug-ins/pygimp/gimpmodule.c: wrap fonts_refresh and fonts_get_list,
clean up some of the other resource list plugins.
* plug-ins/pygimp/pygimp-drawable.c: more keyword args and better
exception messages.
* plug-ins/pygimp/pygimp-parasite.c: support keyword args for
parasite constructor.
