* gtkdoc-mkdb.in:
* gtk-doc.xsl: use the 'role' attribute rather than the 'id' attribute
to identify the different sections for the navigation bar, since 'id'
must be unique throughout the entire document. Also fixed a few minor
issues with the output. (#342861, Leonardo Boshell)
