* src/glade-fixed.c:
o Fixed "paste at mouse position"
o Fixed cursors a bit... event handling a bit too
* src/glade-placeholder.c: Special case fixed stuff for now,
so that drag/resize works at least from deep placeholders.
* src/glade-widget.c: Touched the event handling code.
