Based on changes made to Script-Fu by Sven Neumann.
* tiny-fu/tiny-fu-scripts.c
* tiny-fu/ts-wrapper.c: Allow CSS color keywords to be used in
place of the '(r g b) color notation.
* scripts/test-sphere.sct: Documented this new feature.
