* reports/easy-fix-utils.pl:
* reports/easy-fix.cgi:
Split the old easy fix report into a utils (to make it easier to
make a separate RSS outputing script) and the part that does the
actual html output. Also, add automatic linkifying to comment
text
* globals.pl:
Don't use a relative show_bug.cgi link, but instead use the full
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi link so that scripts in
reports can use automatic linkifying too
