* gtk/gtkprintoperation-unix.c:
* gtk/gtkprintbackend.c: Move the registration of the
gtk-print-preview-command setting from gtkprintbackend.c to
gtkprintoperation-unix.c, to make sure it is registered before
the first use. Also, document the two settings.
