* src/linc-connection.c (link_connection_do_initiate)
* src/linc-server.c (link_server_setup): Make the sockets we
create non-inheritable. In retrospect, it is rather embarrassing
that it should take this long for me to notice how essential it is
to do this... but the root cause of the ill effects was not
immediately obvious. This corresponds to the FD_CLOEXEC that is
used on Unix.
Use LINK_CLOSE_SOCKET() instead of close().
