src/orca/default.py:
Moved the speakTextIndentation() routines into default.py so
that it can be subclassed.
* src/orca/scripts/StarOffice.py:
Subclassed the speakTextIndentation() routine and adjusted it to
speak an indication of the percentage of whitespace (spaces and
tabs at the beginning of the line.
