* ui/main.glade: Loads of stuff:
- Added gossip_debug.
- Added the gnome throbber for "connecting" states.
- #ifdef'd the old account toolbar work out and replaced it with
something much better.
- TODO: make it possible to show accounts from throbber.
- TODO: make it possible to stop connecting from accounts window.
