* configure.in: Require libnm_glib to check for network
* src/bug-buddy.c: (bug_sent), (save_to_file), (send_report),
(on_send_clicked), (on_save_clicked), (main): If there is no network
available save report to a file for sending next time. Resize fixes
* src/bug-buddy.glade: Add mnemonic to Send
* src/bugzilla.h: Remove an old GtkTreeIter
