* glom/application.cc: App_Glom::App_Glom(): Catch the exception if
the icon file is not found, though it will not happen if Glom is
properly installed.
* glom/frame_glom.cc: create_database(): Print a debug message if
this fails, as well as showing the dialog.
* icons/glom_icon_large.png: Updated.
