* codegen/argtypes.py (ArgMatcher.register_enum,
(ArgMatcher.register_flag): Use IntArg to handle enums and flags
with no typecode. This is to avoid the compiler warning
"dereferencing type-punned pointer will break strict-aliasing
rules" when converting enums or flags with no typecode.
