(bacon_video_widget_expose), (bacon_video_widget_set_logo_mode),
(bacon_video_widget_set_logo):
Draw the logo from the video widget itself, instead of relying on
xine-lib to show it. Crashes on startup when the logo doesn't fit
the video memory available to Xv
