* backend/ev-document.c (ev_document_render_pixbuf): New
implementation. Really a proof of concept. It does render much
faster, though. It also g_assert()s on any non-pdf backend and is
a bit racy.
* shell/ev-view.c: Hack up a little to use new rendering
interface. Racy and buggy. But more responsive.
