Encode SSL ESource property into URI to use with the ScalixContainer
if present.
* libescalix/scalix-camel-session.c:
Return TRUE here so we also accept "bad" SSL certificates by default.
* libescalix/scalix-container.c:
Do not include the authmech into the cache_dir (work around
broken camel here).
Pass the *complete* url to camel_session_get_service ().
* libescalix/scalix.c: Instruct camel to also initialize the SSL
library.
