* plugin.xml.in : use .ods extension for writer
* openoffice-write.c (oo_max_cols): deleted
(oo_max_rows) : deleted
(od_cell_is_covered): new
(od_write_empty_cell): new
(od_write_covered_cell): new
(od_write_cell): new
(oo_write_sheet): use the above and drop the check for whether the
extent is to large for openoffice. OpenDocument has no limit
(openoffice_file_save): use new ur[ln]s
