* gegl/gegl-chant.h:
- Implemented CHANT_STATIC option for static operations;
- implemented chant_boolean() property;
- implemented CHANT_SUPER_CLASS_AFFINE inheritance;
- implemented CHANT_CONSTRUCT option that defines init(self), called
from the operation's gobject constructor;
- removed the need for defining CHANT_type_name_init and
CHANT_type_name_class_init.
