* src/orca/speechgenerator.py:
Reinstating the "and (not already_focused)" test in
_getSpeechForTableCell(). This is needed to prevent the
name being repeated when it's the same table that has focus.
There are still problems will table cells though (see bug #347228
[http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=347228]).
