* src/ppp-manager/.cvsignore: Added mandatory cvsignore file
* src/ppp-manager/nm-ppp.conf: Added dbus config for ppp-manager
* src/ppp-manager/nm-ppp-service.c:
- check for username in transmitted options
- create wvdial argument array appropriately
- fixed some typos
- Add plugin option for pppd to wvdial call
- update list of allowed data items
- update message handling with NM-core and pppd plugin
- send reply for getAuthInfo
* src/ppp-manager/nm-pppd-plugin.c:
- changed return values, the pppd PLUGINS documentation seems
to be wrong from what I have read in pppd and example plugin
sources
- correctly send out ip config after a connection has been
established

* test/nm-dialup.c: initial revision of a test program, used to
to debug the existing code up to now, first successful GPRS
connection has been established
