Fixed bugs in new HypertextAdapter
Added event handler adapter for hypertext to account for hypertext with
first character embedded objects; the should be treated as receiving the
selection
Identified FF bug #346906 [http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=346906],
