Fix for bug #341371 [http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=341371].
Adjusted the onActiveDescendantChanged()
routine to set orca_state.locusOfFocus to None before calling
orca.setLocusOfFocus(), if the event.source was the same as the
parent of orca_state.locusOfFocus.
