Removed debugger widgets from shell on debugger shutdown. Added
scrolled windows for docked widgets. Removed unnecessary widget refs
and unrefs. Destroy widgets correctly on debugger shutdown.
* plugins/project-wizard/anjuta-project-wizard.glade: Added frame
with project description title. Removed frame shadow.
* plugins/project-wizard/druid.c: Initializes tooltips.
* scintilla/Makefile.am: Fixed comiple error.
