Log message:
* src/glade-cursor.c: Use GTK_IS_WINDOW() instead of GTK_IS_TOPLEVEL since
GTK_IS_TOPLEVEL seems to return TRUE for some GObjects. (was getting
crashes using a custom widget catalog because of this).
