* camel-folder-summary.[c,h]: Initial work to make the code use
mmap, lots of work still left to be done.
* camel-file-utils.c (camel_mmap_util_encode_*): New functions to
encode to a byte stream.
(camel_mmap_util_decode_*): New functions to decode from a byte
stream.
