(DebianBaseOnly): our <ooodir>/program/sofficerc contains referrals
to /etc/openoffice/sofficerc which are not yet handled; hardcode the
path for now as temporary hack
* patches/src680/apply, patches/src680/std-mk-no-unowinreg-dll.diff:
remove
