* Makefile.am, demangle.c: New file, made out of files from
libiberty in binutils.
* binfile.c: Use the new sysprof_cplus_demangle() function
* elfparser.[ch]: Add code to lookup symbols. Add demangling
function
* testelf.c: Various tests
