* recorder/dogtail-recorder: Remove the text input UI. Implement actual
keystroke recording. Add support for the ProceduralScriptWriter to write out
script calls. The OOScriptWriter is unsupported at this time. Also, make
exceptions occuring inside AT-SPI-registered callbacks more informative by
printing their tracebacks before they're lost in the marshaling process.
* recorder/recorder.glade: Remove 'Input Text' button.
* recorder/textinput.glade: Remove glade file for text input UI.
