* Tomboy/Applet.cs: Call tomboy_widget_set_bg_pixmap when panel
background is a pixmap. Fixes transparent & pixmap backgrounds.
* Tomboy/panelapplet/generated/PanelApplet.cs: Manually fix
generated bindings to not crash in changebackground_cb. Lame.
* libtomboy/tomboyutil.c (tomboy_widget_set_bg_pixmap): New util
file, sets the bg_pixmap style property which is not bound in Gtk#
1.x.
* libtomboy/Makefile.am: Add tomboyutil.[ch].
