* mozilla/mozilla-embed.cpp: Extend the mozilla focus hack to
fix stealing from text boxes.
* src/galeon-tab.c: Use the page url, not the text in the location
bar when working out whether a tab is empty
* src/galeon-shell.c
* src/window-commands.c: When creating a new tab, only focus the
location entry if opening a blank page.
